Since joining Swope Design Group in 2000, Jennifer has provided design direction and project management on major corporate headquarters and educational projects (K through 12 and higher education) throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Drexel University and joined GBQC Architects in Philadelphia shortly thereafter. During her 13 years at GBQC, Jennifer was promoted to the position of Director of Interior Design and served as the senior project designer on many nationally recognized projects, including The Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of The American Indian in Washington, D.C.
From 2012-2016, Jennifer served as an instructor at the University of Louisville’s Hite Art Institute of Interior Design. From 2013-2017, she served as IIDA Louisville Lexington City Center’s Lead Student Coordinator for UK, U of L, WKU, Murray State, and Sullivan University’s SCTD. Jennifer is a member of the U of L and Sullivan University’s advisory boards for Interior Design. Jennifer is certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ), and is a Kentucky Certified Interior Designer (KYCID).
Jennifer is continually striving for thoughtful, clean and buildable designs. She is a consummate team player and believes that all projects benefit from collaborative input.
