Swope Design Group worked closely with Sundance Capital Group and Potter & Associates Architects to renovate, rebrand, and stage the model unit and public areas of the Woodbridge Apartments to appeal to the 25-40 year-old demographic. What was formerly a dated, traditional looking interior was transformed into a fun, clean, modern living environment. Selection and detailed placement of the accessories was key to making this newly renovated environment feel like a home.
