Cullinan Associates is an investment management firm located on the second floor of the new Woodlawn Center office building. The firm hired Swope Design Group to help them transition from a smaller space divided on two floors into a new and more contemporary environment on a single floor. Swope Design Group programmed the space and integrated the latest technologies in such a way as to support various and specific functions of all partners and staff. Descriptive words such as “innovative, prudent, trustworthy, dependable, experienced, energetic” were provided by the partners to define the character of the space they desired. Swope Design Group responded with a palette of sophisticated and refined finishes complimented by transitional furniture and lighting selections. Custom designed millwork was implemented throughout. Swope Design Group also provided construction documents, bid administration, and construction administration services. The end result succeeds on all levels.
